Went down to the estury hoping for pleanty of wind. Arrived there to find Andy th only person out on his big kit and Steve debating whether or not to go out.
Tim came over while I was debating whether or not to rig up and offered me a go on his new 4.5 metre bullet. It ws great fun as I had never flown a power kite bfore, pretty simple to use and you gotta be wary of the power zone. I was absolutely amazed by the amount of power it generated when the wind ws only blowing 10mph. I want one but dont wanna pay the money for one!!
After the little sesh on the powerkite, I decided to rig my biggest kit my 6.8 cammed sail that I had never used before. Took me about an hour rigging the damn thing which really pissed me of as the cams were constantly popping out. I also discovered a few holes as well that needed a bit of patching up. There was just enough wind for me to get planing throughout the session. Steve came on the water a bit later on as did Wes when he arrived. Was a fairly decent sesion sailing with the 3 others however would of been worth 4 stars had there been more wind
